Double Layer Structure Design

The dSPE combo tube consists double layers of inner and outer tubes. There are many holes on the side wall of the inner tube, and the holes are covered with microporous membranes. When in use, the sample and reagents are added to the outer tube, then the extractant and the zirconia vibrator are added, Put the inner tube insert into the outer tube, and screw the cover, load on the tray for starting.

When the instrument works, it will automatically run two times of oscillation and centrifugal. When oscillating, the sample is fully mixed with the extractant through the vibrator. When the oscillation extraction finished and proceed the centrifugation process, , the extraction liquid and extraction residue have been separated by centrifugal force, the supernatant would go through the microporous membrane into the inner tube by the pressure caused by centrifuge. and then the supernatant mix with clean-up reagents for the further purification under the second time oscillation process, and then proceed the second time centrifuge to precipitate the clean-up agent ,finally the cleaned extracts have been obtained for determination.
